Welcome to the St. Mark's Lutheran Church web site. This site is intended to provide all people, both visitors and church members with information about our Church, its mission and activities.

We invite everyone to attend our services and activities. Please contact the church office with any questions or concerns. We are here to serve and share what God has provided.

Mission Team Update – Plans are underway for the fall trip to Mississippi. If interested in attending the week of November 4 th through November 11th call Kathy in the church office.
Relay for Life Team
June 8 & 9, 2018 is the date reserved for next year’s event.
Proceeds from Community Day (September 9th ) were donated to the relay fund ($487.00). If interested in becoming a team member, call Kathy in the church office.
1- Bear Creek Camp Retreat, depart the church parking lot at 6:30 PM, Friday, November 10 (youth should have eaten dinner before departure) and return Sunday, November 12, about 3:30 PM. This year’s theme is: Bullying. Dawn Harris will pass out information
on the retreat in October.
2- “Time of Service” in the community- The youth will spend a couple of hours volunteering at the local Thrift Shop on Saturday, November 18, 9:30 -11:30 AM; and, return to church for lunch
(pizza). More information will be available from Dawn.
3- Christmas visit in center city Philadelphia, Saturday, December 9, we will depart from church about 8:30 AM and catch a train into the city. Train fare and lunch will come out of the youth fund. Youth are encouraged to bring along their own money for spending. More details will be forthcoming in November church bulletins.

Our Mission
St. Mark's is a gathering of God's people called to proclaim the good news of the risen Christ. It shall provide opportunities for making Christ's love known to the world through worship, education, fellowship, service, and the stewardship of God's grace.
